First time Chrome is failing on me!
But thanks for posting!

Edit: Got it to load on Chrome after trying numerous times.
BTW: after it loads and only the first two boxes for info are visible, click the "TAB" key on the keyboard to jump to the next box. Good luck!

Is there some sort of confirmation page once you submit your name and address? That part worked for me, but when I hit submit, the page just went blank under the picture. Now it won't load at all for me.

Yes, once you submit, it says thanks for signing up and your coupon will be in the mail.

I waited a fairly long time after I hit submit.
