A boring ol' grocery bag-CO-OP ***PIC***
It's Wednesday which means Double Coupon Day for me at CO-OP!! I had a moment of panic. My H was going out with the boys and I gave him the bank card in exchange for all the cash in his pockets...$50.00. Took the cash and my license so I didn't have to carry my purse along with my twenty pound coupon binder and stopped at Timmy's on the way so down to $48.12. I had pre-calculated before I went but there is always the odd thing I find on clearance,etc and when I got to the till, the total on transaction #2 seemed way higher than I had anticipated and for a moment, I thought I was going to have to call my H to come rescue me and pay the bill. All was good though and this is what I got:
8 Simply Plus Bread -.49 each after coupons
6 Dempster's bread-.29 each after coupons
3 bags of Van Houtte Coffee-.63 for all three after coupons
12 boxes of Ziploc Freezer or Produce bags-1.49 after coupons
2 Eggo Waffles -.50 after coupons
6 boxes of Pizza Pops-.99 each after coupons
4 Glade Scented Candle Refills-.29 each after coupons
3 Decor Scents-.29 each after coupons
6 packs of Lever 2000 Soap-FREE after coupons
1 Vaseline-FREE after coupons
3 Big Bags of Old Dutch Chips-1.00 each after coupons
1 Asana Yogurt-FREE After Coupon
1 Quaker Yogurt Bars-FREE after coupon
Total Before Store discounts: 230.76-who would pay that? Yikes
Total After store discounts: 177.47
Total OOP After Coupons: 35.18
11.88 of that was tax!!
