Yup. Just use the contact us link from the Aveeno website to request the coupons, they'll send you two and you can request them once a month. They don't always send aveeno I find, sometimes you'll get for different J&J brands but it's still free coupons. If you call you can get the more specific coupons (aveeno instead of random). Tylonel too - McNeil is part of J&J as well.

Can I only email them or call them, or will they send me coupons both ways?

their intention is 2 per month per person/household. If people start to abuse it then they may discontinue sending them out when requested. The last time I phoned for Tylonel they sent me two twice though, I don't know if it was an error or what (but I did only request them once).

I get that reply sometimes too when I email. They sometimes run out of specific coupons. I would phone and see what they have available.

I went to save on foods today...
They have the colgate sensitive toothpaste with the brush for $3.99.
Use you're $3.00 off coupon that came in the latest insert.
Gay Lea's butter spread is $2.99
There are lots of coupons out there to make this product free.
Tear pad for $1.00
Wake up your breakfast for $1.00
Websaver $1.00
then there is 2 others that I have in my stack that I'm not sure where they came from but they are both for $0.75
The glad blue garbage bags are on for 8.04 again
Use the $3.00 that came in the examiner back in May (I think)
$3.00 that was being handed out with a sample at heritage days
$2.00 from the back of cereal boxes.
Only have to pay $0.04 a box.
There is also another $3.00 coupon out there but I'm not sure where it came from as I got it from a trade.

Cold season is coming - cheap cough syrup this week - the new Neo Citran is on sale at Safeway for $6.99 this week. Use the $3 tearpad and $3 printable to pick it up for .99 when you PM at LD. remember, it expires, so unless you are running a colony you shouldn't need more than 2 or 3 bottles.

I didn't see the second tearpad, but you can only use one tearpad anyway at Save-on. LD doesn't carry it.
