not sure if posting in the right place or not but my question is if you fill in the contest forms and do not submit to getting there news letters ext does the exclude you from being the winner

I really don't think so,
I make a seperate accounts for all my contest entries since they usually send a lot of junk mail!I've earned $10 this week in amazon.ca giftcards.
