Bonus redemption oct 29-30 what do you plan to buy?

Question. I have 145,000 pts. I think I may only want to redeem 50,000 for $100 this time. Can I do that or do I have to redeem at the highest level?? TIA for the help.

i wasn't going to redeem either but with the price of the diapers and some about to expire brandsaver coupons and bp sdm coupons i think i will redeem 100.00 and hopefully i can find that thermometer coupon I have lying around the house. Also going to go get a raincheck on an item or two i need. I am almost out of milk so will be adding this to my pampers diaper & wipe pile and materna as its on sale this week (ending tomorrow).

I wasnt aware that if you redeem you would still get th bonus points of coupons! so lets hope. I definately will not be going to the store closest to my house as they always hassle over any bp coupon, the one by my moms is fantastic and that way can drop the lil guy at my moms while i run over. Hopefully with the bp coupon I will have enough back in case of a bonus redemption (well at least for th e50,000 poin level if not more)

Yes.. I did that last redemption.. Heres mine:
4xpampers diapers (3000 points)
1xenfamil formula
1xpampers wipes
1xLB thermometer (10000 pts)
+ 8000 points wub $40 baby products

Redeeming 50000 for $100 but getting 21000 back from bonus points so basically just spending 30000 points for this redemption. Hope it works..

At least 3 SDM employees (including 1 supervisor) told me that they are expecting another MEGA redemption at either the end of November or early December. They also have lots of stuff for Christmas in the back that they will not put on display until after November 11. Last year at this time, I skipped a bonus redemption and was so happy that I did! This year, I should have enough for 2 or 3 redemptions at the top level - and I didn't buy anything I wouldn't normally buy!

We need to stay strong!!! I am so tempted too, but if there is a mega bonus redemption I will rip my hair out for not waiting. GAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Don't worry! I will redeem for you! I am doing my first redemption and it sucks because my Mom snoops on here so I can't say what I am getting and I am so excited and can't tell anyone.................AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I have lost sleep over whether to redeem or not this weekend. One minute, I want to. Next, I want to wait out for the mega redemption. I am going to make up a list of what I CAN get (not that I need anything in the pantry or medicine cabinet). Just went to my store and check out a few things and their availability. Put the Panasonic cordless phone on hold just in case I want to redeem on Sat. Other than that, will get some perfume gift sets for Christmas, Life Brand thermometer, and maybe a few headphones for gifts for my nieces.

I think I'm gonna take a chance and redeem some points this weekend - 2 redemptions at $100 each for a total of 100,000 points and $200 worth of stuff. This way, I can take advantage of the 8000 BP for purchasing $40 in baby stuff using my card and my husband's card!

I plan to buy lots of diapers - 16 to be exact! 4 Pampers Cruisers and 4 Baby Dry - will do this twice! Diapers will average about $6.50 each after coupons which is a great deal, especially when I'm using points to pay for them!! Oh how I love the Optimum program (just wish I knew about it earlier!!)

I hear what everyone is saying about the possibility about the MEGA redemption... but please refresh my memory, what is the difference between the 2????

Right now if I combine Chris' card and my own, we have just over 54,000 points so we would qualify for the $100 redemption this weekend. How much more "extra" do you get with a MEGA redemption.

I, too, have some BP coupons that were mailed to me a while ago. I am not quite sure where they are right now... but I better find them and see when the offer expires!!!

So, if someone could please explain, what is the difference? I know there will be one before Christmas, so I just might hold out and see if I can just take advantage of the BP coupons that I have. If there is not that much of a difference and I can find enough in the ad to entice me, Chris & I will put together a list and figure out what we could get for the $100.

From what I understand if its a "Mega redemption" you get $250 instead of $170 for 95,000 pts and $125 instead of $85 for 50,000 pts. Its a big difference in how much you'll have to spend!!

So if you're redeeming 50000 for $100 and with the bonus pts you can rack up you can get about 30000 back, so your only using 20000 to get $100 worth of stuff! Isn't that BETTER then the mega redemption? Even doing this 3 times you only use 60000 and get $300 worth of stuff! I guess if you do have a baby it is definately a go! For those trying to get big items should try and wait for mega redemption. I think I might go for it! :D
