Hi all:
I just joined the site a couple of days ago. I have sent for the odd freebie and gotten coupons from Save.ca in the past. I am 54 and currently unemployed, since April . I need to start saving money on food so I am getting more serious about getting coupons. Unfortunately, I don't have a working printer and have to rely on mailed coupons. I've already found a few sites here that I hadn't heard of before and coupons are on the way :)
I look forward to discovering some great freebies.

Welcome the SC :) I have seen printers on boxing day as low as $25.00, and refilling ink is easy (an xmas gift for yourself maybe). Being on facebook is worth it for the coupons and freebies. As well, once you start looking for tear pad coupons in the store, you will start finding them. When you get serious about saving money, you can save a lot. Just knowing prices and watching for sales makes a huge difference.
