I read on their website last week, that the insert would be in Newspapers on Oct 30. But now I can't find it, as the link above was not there last week, but good info.

Last time didn't the newspaper insert come out before the online coupons did?

So, maybe the insert will be out this weekend, and online on Nov. 2
