I just had an IRL friend email me that she never did receive her package either, yet got a letter to review the package. What has Kraft done for those who paid and still have not gotten boxes by now?

For Kraft-rep stalkers: Fer gosh sakes Kraft, it's February, this offer went out in November. Give people back their money!

I didn't receive the package and just rec'd the credit on my visa today. It took several emails and phone calls. Very surprised at the poor customer service from Kraft.

I'm still waiting for my box, I'm guessing it will never come. Who do I call to complain. All I get is e-mail responses saying it will be here soon.

Editing to say I called them and was told they would get back to me in 7-10 business days. I had promised the family all these goodies for Christmas and they never came. We recently saw the middles at the grocery store and DH wanted them. I said no, we were waiting for our box. I am not happy with Kraft at all.

I have seen them at Safeway, Sobey's, RCSS and Co-op. I honestly haven't looked for them at WM. I am sure NF sells them too.
