new coupon found

Hello all,
Just wanted to mention two coupons I found today. I think they're new, but not sure. They are new to me.

$2:00 off any cottonelle bathroom tissue, expires Jan. 31 2012

$1:00 off any scrubbing bubbles trigger or aerosol, expires Dec. 31 2011 upc# 33687647



Also had a Rexal manager tell me today that I couldn't use internet coupons. He said that there will be a new policy coming out next week and until then they weren't excepting them. He said that they need to get a better handle on the internet coupons. Said people were just going crazy using them. Not exactly sure what all that means.... time will tell.
