Hello Everyone!
Just wanted to say that I had a GREAT time at the coupon meeting... even with all of the gossip.. hahahaha.
In keeping with the promise of alternating locations, I suggest we do the next meeting on MONDAY November 7th, at the Mc Donalds on HWY 10 and 178th ish.... FOLLOWED BY a pub (as per Tink's request).... lol
I suggest Rusty's Pub on 177A and HWY 10 since it is the only pub that I know of near a Mc Donalds in Cloverdale.
If anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know, I am open to anything.
Here are Rusty's Specials for a Monday Night:
MGD Sleeves $3.95
MGD Pints $5.25
MGD Pitchers $13.95
Margaritas
Singles $4.50 Doubles $5.75
Beam Me Up Scotties ( I don't know what that is...lol)
$4.75/trays of 3 for $12.50
If this is too far or people don't like this location, another suggestion is Tim Hortons on Fraser Hwy and 166th ish, and right next door is BASELINES PUB. They have AMAZING FOOD... one of my fav places for sure.

. I will be the first. I know I suggested a pub but for me personally to go to that McDonalds and then a pub after might be a bit late for me on a Mon night. What does everyone else think?

ok... here is what i suggest... how about we just have our normal meeting... and then we can maybe plan a Couponers Night Out on a weekend night some time in the future... What do you think? So Cloverdale Mc'Donalds at the usual location?

Hey Everyone I heard about the meets from Carol and was wondering if it's ok to drop in on Monday!! I'm really new, but have learned alot and all on my own thanks to SC's!! It would be great to met with people who love coupons just as much as i do!! Is there anything I need to know?

So the usual Cloverdale location would be 176 and 64th then? I should be able to make it (as long as I don't forget). I will make the hubby come home right after work so I don't have to tote the baby along with me. My shoe box should be nice and full by then. I just realized yesterday that I put all the $5 Maple Leaf Prime Portions in there the last meeting as I didn't think anyone carried them out here...and lo and behold I go to SOF yesterday and they are on special. Oh well. It was still a great price and I now have $15 in Maple Leaf coupons (that will not be going in the box...lol).
Any requests?
I'm looking for the Oxi Clean tearpads. I actually would love to get any before LD's sale for this week ends. We go though about 2 of the little tubs a month and they are on sale for $3.99 so if I can get the tearpads, I should be able to pick up a bunch for $0.99 each. PM me if you have any. I am willing to go pick them up too.
