My 3 year old DD almost 4 is almost as addicted as I am to sales and couponing!
About a month ago we went shoppig with my mom whom at that point had not yet jumped on the coupon train ( She now "pays" me to do it for her haha) Anyways she grabbed a big thing of tide off the shelf and puts it in the cart , my DD put it back on the shelf after doing this again my mom asked what she was doing.. Her response " Grandma that one isn't on sale, we don't buy things that aren't on sale... Do you even have a coupon" when my mom replied no she didn't, my DD piped up and said "well guess you'll have to pick another one then"
Haha I love that i'm teaching my kids at such a young age the value of a dollar!!

My children are 3 cats so unfortunately they can't help me coupon nor does their special diets and medications (all three are seniors) help with saving money. BUT I coupon so I can buy them the expensive good food and afford to have 7 teeth pulled for $3000 at the specialist. (True story, I nearly had a heart attack in October!) Needless to say because I coupon my vet continues to be richInsert Clever Signature Here

I took my 8 year old cousin with me shopping once... She's always a great help with my son. Next thing her mother tells me is that she has her coupon folder made up, and is entering her new baby sister's diaper codes on the Pampers site!!! Whatta girl!!!

My 7 y.o DD LOVES searching for coupons, and helping me find sales. She is very persistant, if she finds something on sale. We're teaching her the difference between a sale and a good deal She loves it!! Great to get the kids involved... My mom totally did, at least with searching for good deals (not so much with the coupons...) and it definitely stuck with me. Now I'm teaching her how to use coupons effectively! :D

My kids love couponing and are really good at helping me look for coupons and things on sale in the stores. We always circle what we need to find in the store and they are great at searching it out, counting out the right amount and holding coupons for me. My son and daughter have been collecting lunchmate codes from the lunchables from their friends at school since I never buy them other then the odd time when they are under $1 and they've managed to collect over 1000 points! Since my son primarily collects them bringing home at least 3 a day he's going to use the points to get his sibblings each something from there for their birthdays! Very proud mommy!
Always looking for items on my wishlist, Stouffers and ICoke pins! As well as RAOK Campbells soup labels for my kids school!

My 3 year old pretends to go grocery shopping in the house and pays with his coupons. I give him a bunch of expired ones, he gets upset if i throw them out.

My DD who is 3 helps me shop. I give her 1 or 2 coupons and she carefully compares the pictures to the products till she finds the right one. She also likes to cut out the coupons and is actually pretty good at staying on the lines now.

One day, while looking for popcorn I picked some up on sale. My son picked up another box and insisted we buy his box. I told him I already got some on sale to which he said "but this one has 3 coupons on it"(Manager special coups @SDM) And it did and so we bought his. He was very proud of himself and so was I.

That was adorable and soooo funny! Such incredible insight...I'm thinking she'll run a coupon class for show and tell complete with video clips and coupon binder samples!
My dd is doesn't get the couponing yet but she's mesmerized by old gift cards...puts them in her purse along with an empty cell phone case. Hmmm, should I be scared?! LOL Hopefully she'll hop on the coupon bandwagon soon.
