I did an impulse buy of the ps3 move yesterday and DH was not terribly impressed.. so compromise is to return the 2nd controller and another game.. I used my pts to get this. How does returning work? Will they give me a gift card? Thanks in advance for any advise...
I returned a ipod I got there once and they just gave me the cash.I guess it depends on the store/cashier you get.
correction.. it wasn't an impulse lol.. it was planned out but not discussed with dh..

They will probably give you it on a GC, if you are doing a straight exchange for something else it will be easier
here's the result.. they put it back to my credit card which is how i paid for the tax portion.. seems silly.. i can go spend that elsewhere.. or not spend it.. anyway, Thanks!
Glad you resolved it:) Last year, when I redeemed, I returned a bunch of stuff and they put it back on my debit.
You will get a gift card. Also you do not get your points back, just the gift card.
