IMO, ring sizers like this never seem to be accurate. The one in the Sears book tells me I am a size 10 and I am really a 6.75 LOL. If you need to size your finger and you can't get to the jewelers, you can try wrapping a piece of string around your finger then measuring the strings length. You can use this conversion chart to find your size:
