CZ coupons accepted at Walmart?

I know I should probably know this, but are CZ coupons (the ones from the Loblaws family of stores) accepted at Walmart? Has anyone used these at any Walmart in London?

I read it in Walmart's policy that they accept it but when I tried to use one at White Oaks the casiher said no ... so did the Customer Service Manager ... next time I will walk with the policy have it printed

Wm coupon policy states that you can use a competitors coupon if it has a price on it
EG. scrubbing bubbles for $2.99
If it just says an amount off like 42 off scrubbing bubbles then they don't accept it.
Some people have been getting the others accepted but Wm is cracking down on that and they are not accepting hem anymore. It was posted on the main coupon page that alot of people are seeing signs at their WM's.
