i have the keurig and we love it!
you can buy a filter to use your own coffee beans, so thats definately a nice touch (the others you cant buy a sperate filter)
and timothy's lets you bag your own so you can get a huge assortment of flavors
and our machine broke, and we called keurig and they sent us a new one! excellent customer service, so helpful
and great coffee!I've earned $10 this week in amazon.ca giftcards.

I agree that Keurig has great customer service. My machine was out of warranty, they talked me through some things to try to fix it, and when we couldn't, they sent another one.
And more importantly, they have some really good coffee! I've become a coffee snob, can't tolerate that Timmies swill anymore! Not when I can get better coffee at home! LOL

I buy my kcups at keurig.com. It's not quite as cheap as Costco, but FAR more variety and doesn't cost much more. My DH likes flavoured coffee, while I like fairly bold (but not dark) coffee-flavoured coffee. We each only have one a day during the week, me maybe more on the weekend, but the one-at-a-time brewing works well for us. We use only two a day most of the time.

I have a Tassimo which was given to me by my daughter when they bought their new Keurig. I'm the only one in the house who drinks coffee so it comes in handy. However, I do find that Tassimo don't have much variety as far as flavors go, but I do enjoy the coffee flavors that are available, and they now have French Vanilla in Canada as well-- it's yummy.

I went Tassimo. It's the one that does the milk cups. I'm lazy, want a latte type drink that comes quickly and didn't want to mess with a milk frother thingimagig.

So the the cups of different brands are not interchangeable in the different machines? Can you use a Keurig cup in a Tassimo machine?

I got a Keurig at Costco. Great deal because it comes with the extra filter for your own coffee ($20 value) & 60 asst'd kcups. I love it!
