Using coupons on "bonus packs" at Walmart

I was trying to buy a bonus pack Scrubbing Bubbles with a coupon and was refused by the cashier. The CSM also said they don't allow it

Has anyone ever had a problem?

Does it depend on the cashier? I don't see why it shouldnt be allowed.

Hum, I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed either unless there is a size restriction stated on the coupon. I know in some cases it is not allowed. For example, Head and Shoulders shampoo frequently has a Gillette Pro Fusion razor attached as a bonus. You can't use the Gillette razor coupon on this product because it rings in as shampoo, not a shaver. You can, however, use a Head and Shoulders coupon on this bonus package Unless the coupon excludes sizes or bonuses, I don't see why there would be an issue unless the cashier is interpreting the "cannot be combined with any other offer" as meaning a bonus package
