Hi Everyone,
Well I tried the Silani Mozzarella Balls I got at No Frills (priced match acutally for 1.99 instead of 2.99 ) and I have to say they are really good! I am portuguese and my husband is italian so we are very picky when it comes to food. But we both were surpised at how well it tasted and will for sure be getting more of them. Even though I bought enough for awhile lol. I totally reccomend them and will be for sure buying them again!
Also they are on sale at Food Basic this week for 1.99 if anyone wants to try them
Cooking Tip, Very Easy to Make! Takes Less Than 5 Minutes!
Cut a tomatoe into full slices
Cut a full slice of a Silani Mozzarella Ball or another other Mozzarella Ball you have
Cut the slice into two and put a slice on each tomatoe slice you cut
Put pepper, salt and olive oil (or any other oil you perfer) on top of tomateo with Mozzarella
Serve with fresh bread so you can use it to pick up all the oil off your plate and you have a great starter!
Enjoy!

I've bought this cheese on sale in the past and was very impressed with it as well. I always find the saputo brands a little bland, and the silani was great!
