Tylenol Muscle Aches & Body Pain 72ct on for $8.99 - this printable coupon from Livingwell.ca for $4 off.
Tylenol Extra Strength 100ct on for $8.99 - Various coupons ( I had a $3 off one from Livingwell.ca but I can't find the link anymore, and there were also $2 off coupons from Save.ca)

I'm not sure about the points. I think in the flyer it says 10x the Optimum points, and in store on the shelf I think it said the bonus was 2250 points, but I'm not 100% sure of that number.

I'll have to double check with them at the cash. Could a person buy 4 bottles and get the extra points twice if they do 2 seperate transactions or is it only 1 offer per optimum card?

You'd have to check with them on that, IDK.
I went again today to grab 2 of the Advil. The bonus points were 2350 wub 2 of the Tylenol products, and 3150 wub 2 of the Advil.

Those are nice points. The tylenol are on sale again this week i think.
