    I had some baby powder gone wrong a while ago and wrote the company, they sent me a replacement coupon.
    Today, about a month later I randomly get a $6 cheque? Is it because of the same issue?
    has anyone else had this happen?

    marketing strategy. it's probably the company is trying to make you try different products because of bad experience.

    No MIRs just that complaint about the powder which they already sent me a replacement for... There was no letter or email juSt a cheque lol

    From my experience, most companies when complain they send you a cheque of the average value of the product as a sorry/refund or what ever the case is
