Yes, you can exchange it anytime for something else even without a receipt. I can't wait to get mine. Should have buy more but there was only 1 bag left yesterday. I saw the sign that said 4 free gifts worth $80 + but when the cashier gave me the coupons it's for 6 weeks.

I got the Floral Acai Body Butter Duo today as well. Smells wonderful

When picking up your freebies, the cashier should be printing out what is like a gift receipt but this receipt indicates it is a free gift in case the person you bought this for wants to exchange it. If they bring in the body butter duo with the receipt, they will be able to exchange it for another body butter duo (if they didn't like the scent you got them) but NOT another product. Make sure you are getting those receipts!

I picked up mine today, cashier gave me Vanilla said that I can't pick and chose as it's "free gift" and that's what their store have ordered for the giveaway. I asked for a gift receipt and she won't give me one either. I think this is probably the most expensive item of all the items, the shampoo cost less and the hemp hand cream (I won't bother picking it up as I can't stand the scent).
