We all want to lose weight or get into better shape.
Believe the hype with this product. I was introduced to it by co-workers (who have lost 35-50 pounds in a few months and others gain more muscle mass)
www.emschallenge.com
Three great things about this product.(Body by Vi)
1. The product taste great! The shakes taste like cake and the other supplements work.
2. There are ways to get your supplements for free. Sign up for your kit (that gets delivered to your house in a few days) and have three friends sign up, and you get yours for free!!!
3. Become a distributor, like me, and you could qualify for great prizes, such as cash, trips, and even money towards a bmw.
I thought it was all good to be true. BUT check out the video's, sign up and lets get the head start into getting shape for the new year! Please message me from the website if you have any questions! I've been on the product for two weeks, down 10 pounds, getting the six pack pack and have more energy.

How much for the kit if you don't have friends sign up?
-

There are three different Kits
1. Balance Kit 49 dollars (one meal a day for 30 days)
2. Shape Kit 99 dollars (two meals a day for 30 days)
3. Core Kit 199 dollars (two meals a day for 30 days which includes other supplements for a total Nutrition and helps build muscle mass or ton)
4. Transformation Kit 249 dollars (two meals for 30 days plus everything else to totally transform your body)
I've been on the transformation kit for a few weeks now. After a few weeks I am just going to go down to the core kit or the shape kit.
The meal replacement is a soy base. Each meal replace is the equivalent of eating:
1. 13 eggs
2. 1,5 cups of broccoli
3. 5 Peaches
4. 2 chicken breasts
5. 1.5 cups of frozen yogurt
6. 1.5 cups of bran flakes
7. 18 oz of Tomato Juice
8. 5 oz Cheddar Cheese
9. 3 cups of lima beans
10. 15 slices of wheat bread
11. 20 asparagus spears
12. 2 cups of mushrooms
13. 30 apples
14. 10 celery stalks
15. 3 Tomatos
16. 3 Pineapples
17. 30 Prunes
In short I have found my energy levels have gone up and I am doing something good for my body.
My wife has started to take it (as we just had our second baby) and she is finding the same results. That is why we are spreading the word.
It's easy to order off the website below. It's secure and get's sent right to your house.
Let me know if you need any help or have any questions.

Thanks for everyone that has emailed me, it has been great!
Why wait for the new year! get a jump start! maybe get a friend/girlfriend/family member a pack for Christmas and start getting fit together!
To answer some questions people have been asking me... The shake taste like a cake mix... and there are favor boosters the change the taste (chocholate, peach, strawberry, orange and many more).
If you order it and you end up not liking it, ship it back for a full refund(in the 30 days)
I've been in the fitness industry for about 15 years. Best thing I have seen in a long time... and what makes it so good, you a promoting a healthy life style to your friends and family, getting in better shape, and can also make additional money or get the product for free.
It's crazy not to join. This company also helps provide meals for children that can not afford it. Please check out the video.
Lets all make this change together. And lets all try to support each other!

I have actually heard some very terrible things about this company's credibility. It is certainly not what it seems I would do your due diligence and research to find out more before putting anything into your body.

12 pounds in 13 days is too much. Max you're suppose to lose is 2lbs a week, or else it's unhealthy.

And I've even seen some consultants with fake photos on their before and after pictures, I only know that because I know the girl whose photo they stole! (They even lied about how much weight she lost) Also there are a TON of artificial sweeteners! I get my exercise shopping woohoo!! lol Walk around WM super center a few times and BAM there's my cardio lol

12lbs of fat loss in 2 weeks would certainly be incredibly unhealthy, but a 12lb shift in bodyweight in the first 2 weeks is not uncommon for an obese person making radical dietary changes
The key here is "weight loss" vs "bodyfat loss". The bulk of what is lost in the first few weeks of a diet is changes in water retention, muscle glycogen, contents of your digestive tract, etc...
Losing more than 2-3lb of bodyfat per week long term is simply not viable outside of the VERY obese, or biggest loser style boot camp.Last edited by Fury420; Thu, Dec 8th, 2011 at 05:35 PM.

agreed. 12 pounds in 2 weeks, is a lot of weight.... but need to look at the full pitcher.
I used to workout 8 times a week, for about 7 years. Then got my full time job and pretty much stopped. Started eating bad food.
Decided to try this diet out. Started working out everyday, and being careful on the choices I was making when I was eating.
Water instead of Pop
Apple instead of chips
I think a lot of diet plans work, you just need to follow them. I am following it.
Not a big guy to start anyways..
195 to start... now 183. 6 feet.
I plan on gaining more weight because I am hoping to add more muscle and loose fat.
I'll post pics in Jan. No photo shop here...

30 shakes for 49 dollars... don't like them, send them back for a full refund...
What do you have to loose, besides weight?!
