    WOW. *whistle* you go girl and brag.. thats alot of hard work.. my sister just did the same thing a year ago.. she's 55+ and looks 25+.. i really need to lose about 40 myself.. its so hard to do alone.. i might just join up with ya on FB too..

    Thank you everyone!! I feel so much better!! I think the most valuble resource for a healthy and successful weight loss is motivation!!! I had the support of my family and friends which got me through it day by day!!

    It was a lot of work - but as you will see on the face book page its all about small changes!! Don't try to change everything at once, because you will be setting yourself for failure. Small changes help your body adjust gradually - rather than shock it with too much at once

    *sigh* I spent most of my teen years being overweight as well... JUST under 300lbs. The years after graduation I dropped 110lbs and was smaller at 20 than I was at 13!!! Then found out I was pregnant. I gained 50lbs during pregnancy and can't seem to get the last 30lbs to leave my body.
