Watching grown up shows

Do you get to watch grown up shows now that you have kids?

I only seem to get to watch shows like ER and CSI when I lock myself in the bedroom while hubby takes care of the little one. Of course, there's the constant pounding on the bedroom door while I try to watch the shows and lots of little visits from the young one.

Our VCR goes into overdrive during the week. We record anything that is violent (Smallville, The Unit, Prison Break) and watch them after Aiden (my 3 yr old) is gone to bed. Its bad enough he's in the room when the news is on.. I think sometimes that's worse than a lot of shows!

My girls love CSI and ER. They are on later so they do not see them all the time.
