flyer photo upload problem

Im trying to start a thread under deal the current freshco flyer. When I input all the photo attachments it takes a ridiculously long time to do anything and then (finally) a message pops up saying there was a security token missing?? What does that mean? I'd like to share the current flyers in the deals section but it's not letting me???What is the problem, anyone??
