fedex came to my door. not sure about what happens when u live on a farm

oh I had 5 boxes come also but I have a 3 season porch on the front of my house and the fed ex guy/gal just comes in and leaves them in the porch on the table Canada Post does this also (I only leave the door unlocked during the day)

I am SOOO mad at fedex, they came with my coffee tuesday and didnt knock and just left a tag, so i called them and they said oh we cant make an appt but we come back 2 days later. so i signed my tag and left it out so they would leave the coffee. STILL don't have it so I call them. Oh for some reason it didn't get sent and you can come pick it up..impossible for me because I don't have a car. So she says oh ok we will bring it on monday. UGH!!! So mad, was supposed to be here yesterday, and in time for my baby shower. Now I have nothing. I hate fedex!!!


update: i was so mad when i was talking to the girl she must have noticed, she called her drivers and they are coming back. WOOOOHOOOO. now let's see if they show up. coffeeee. lol

That is weird because it said on my tracking page no signature required so I would think that they would just leave them. Hard to say for us because we have a FedEx sticker on our front door which exempts us from any signatures in the first place.

Glad to hear they are making good on delivering though! Squeaky wheel gets the grease! Check your tracking information online to see if it is on a truck for delivery or not!

Chris and I can only vouch from when we ran our coffee business online and used FedEx for our shipping in the USA. They do deliver to rural addresses but not sure if they come right to your front door or not. We got a call once saying the driver had tied one customers shipment to the gate at the end of their driveway, so we called the customer and they went and found it!

I think it is only PO boxes that they won't deliver to.

P.S. Just to be clear, the Keurig cups are sent by FedEx NOT Canada Post. At least that way you know you are at least going to get them within a good amount of time as opposed to CP, when you could wait a year or so to get it!

I have ordered thorough Crispie several times and it has always been Fed ex to deliver HOWEVER this last order which was delivered Wed and today was delivered by Canada Post which is weird. The time of delivery still seemed to be in the normal time frame though

i live in a small town in BC and have ordered a couple times through crispie/keurig. all my boxes have just shown up within two weeks to my box at the post office, not once have they been delivered to my house by fedex. so who knows, maybe just depends on where you live...

I'm not impressed with Fedex either. Just recieved my coffee today. They came over a week ago and put a sticker on my door. I signed it as well and every morning left it on the door. I'm sure the sun faded the sticker it was out everyday waiting.

Coffee was great though and as a review I bought Green Mountain Wild Blueberry and it smells really yummy like blueberry muffins. Not much of a flavor on the coffee though.

Usually around the 14th - and it's just 1 person, who's in school, and will have A LOT of boxes to order this time round... But once ordered, they come very quickly
