List of food and consumer product manufacturers in Canada

Hey SCers, I'm still very new here and new to couponing but I've been doing a lot of research since I've got started.

As I'm sure you all know, contacting manufacturers and giving them feed back is a great way to get coupons, and find out about special offers by signing up for their news letters.

I've been doing that and have had several companies like High Liner, Con Agra Foods (chef boy ar dee) contact me to tell me they well be shipping me some coupons!

Trying to think of all the different companies that make the products that we consume is difficult to do without forgetting a bunch. You might remember to contact the manufacturer of your current shampoo, but I'm sure that there are several brands that you may use regularly depending on what is on sale, or what you have coupons for right?

So I googled around a bit and found this website: http://www.fcpmc.com/about/ma/members.html

They are an organization that represents the food and consumer products manufacturing industry and they of course have a member page with links!

A lot of the links go to the corporate sites, many of which are US based, but you can often just substitute .com for .ca.

Going straight to the corporate site is great because you realize that a lot of products that you would have thought have nothing to do with each other are all made by the same parent company.

I've already gotten so much great information out of this site, I just wanted to contribute something myself. Mods feel free to move or delete if this is in the wrong place or already posted.
