    That is totally unacceptable. Ok, don't accept my coupon, but don't yell and laugh at me and curse at me. I like svchow's idea of getting that particular manager to make a verbal apology. Teach him some manners.

    Air Cadets for me. But they are 3 kind: Army, Air and Navy. Free activity for ado form 12 to 19. I did it until I was 19 and now I'm an officer in a squadron.
    Very very interesting I've became a pilot (glider and motorized plane) thru cadets!

    What a horrible way to spend your weekend. And our girl still didn't get her cheese!!!!
    It takes so much energy to be that upset at one coupon, they should be ashamed of themselves at that store. Koodos to your wonderful and protective hubby. I'm with team Poonet Hubby!!!

    Disgusted absolutely disgusted I would of made her call HO right then and there... being called a BS WAY out of line This would be considered one of those situations where I would allow myself (if the kids weren’t around) to lose my cool and be completely classless

    Thank you everyone for the support!! I am still in shock this morning, I will keep you update for sure, so far we left a message for the owner at the other store she own on St-Charles. I am hoping she call back today! The gerante from place jacque cartier also give us the phone number for pharmaprix head division in quebec but they are only open from monday to friday. I will probably do all my pharmaprix purchase there from now on she was so nice, unfortunatly they don't have a food section.

    I too had a similar experience a while back. I was so upset I went into their website and wrote the HO. Not only did HO contact me so did the store head manager. They both sent their apologies and gave me a GC and to top it off offered me a job right on the spot. Make sure you copy and paste your email on note pad or word. Make sure you have their names and which store you are contacting them about. It takes a few days. I'm so sorry that this happened to you. I know myself what it feels like. As with all of us here, I am the CEO of my household. My better half works extremely hard for the bacon he brings home and it is up to me to make the most out of it.

    As everyone said, it's simply unacceptable and NEEDS to be rectified. I'm all for boycotting stores that REFUSE to correct a lack of customer service. (Been there, done that) BUT...The bolded sentence above is what I have an even bigger issue with..... WHY OH WHY, should you be inconvenienced for their inadequacies !! I hope you follow through with your complaint and it causes enough stir to change this store's "attitude".
