I called and people have been abusing this offer so now its no longer available

Just chatted with the online contact. You cannot order your own samples anymore as they took down the 'order a sample' link. But you can chat with them online to make your order.
She also gave me this: to get a 20% off your order

As I wrote before, you don't need a business, and they have removed the link, but you can contact them and they will put the order through for you.
