Are you interested in sampling natural & organic products from the comfort of your home and giving us your feedback? If so, The Healthy Shopper Sampler program is for you! As a Healthy Shopper Sampler, you are helping to provide natural health manufacturers with feedback on their products. We are only looking for people that are willing to make the commitment that they will complete the survey with their honest feedback.
Before we can begin our 2012 Healthy Shopper Sampler program, there are a few steps that must be completed.

In order to qualify you must:

1. Be a resident of Canada and have a Canadian address.
2. Be over the age of 18
3. Agree to fill out the survey once you receive the samples.
4. Agree to provide us with your honest feedback (please note all identities will be kept confidential).

hmmm...I must be doing something wrong....I went through their survey...got to the end, it said if my username and password weren't showing on this last page of theirs to not worry about it and that my username was my email addy and my password was my postal code and to sign in on the Home Page....

I keep getting the message that either or both are incorrect so I clicked on forgot my password whereby I needed to give them my email address I used when I registered...was told it wasn't registered.

When I went back to their home page a pop up came up to click to get their new book....which redirected to Amazon....do I have to pre-order this book before they'll accept my registration??
