Could anyone tell me if Zellers does SCOP? I was just there this morning overcharged for an item. Shelf price was lower than what I was charged. I mentioned that it was a SCOP at customer service and the lady had no idea what I was talking about. When I explained the lady said they don't do SCOP at Zellers and she had never heard of it. Gave me a refund for the difference.

Zelllers do not have that policy in place.

no scop ! i wnt the other day too and i didnt get a scop ...

If Zellers complied with SCOP they would of been out of business years ago. Consistently, most things scanned are incorrectly priced. Possible Target will have SCOP in place

No Zellers do not participate in the Scanning Code of Practice.
