NOTE:
The list posted in the OP is officially out of date. While I was on leave July - mid-Oct, Ashling did pay out a lot of those gifts. I will be taking control again shortly so all PMs re: gifts can be directed back to me and I'll see what's happened since and what has to be done.

Sabina - Yes, monetary gifts owed have the option of being sent by Paypal.
