i made chicken (using this recipe http://busycooks.about.com/od/chicke...ckychicken.htm) it was sooo good over basmati rice yum!!
but i cooked it in the crockpot soo the sauce didnt get thick (plus i was to impatient) it also wasnt orange but to me it tasted just like honey and garlic sauce, sooooooooo happy i actually tried it! (oh plus i didnt have baslsamic vinegar i just used the regular one)

I have turkey bones and bits simmering away, I am going to make a homemade turkey soup for dinner tonight and some cheese biscuits with a tossed salad. It's a little chilly out here today.

I made a mushroom tomato sauce to go with shell pasta, broccoli, and sausage.
