Worst case scenario, if ever you do get charged when your prize shows up, here's amycrows' tip:

Refuse the package and email P&P and they will fix the problem and send it without COD or customs orders. Happened to me and it was resolved plus at one point on their site they told Canadians to do that if they ran into these problems. Do not pay for anything, they will fix it for you

we've had 7 prizes delivered - no problem - u.p.s.

however, a few weeks ago one arrived with the dreaded C.O.D, ,
(and one without, , was fun explaining to the ups guy)
i emailed through their site, about it being sent back.
no answer back from she knows.
it showed up, (c.o.d.), again this week, sent back again, holy,,,
i actually used their email address, the one under 'contact us' -
email came back as 'undeliverable'.
i do hope it does get back here without the c.o.d.

most things seem to come from: scottsdale, arizona.

I have a question for those who have had points refunded back to them because a prize was sold out. How do I check in my account that it has been refunded? Would I find it in my word balance history, or is there some other place where I need to go to see it?

Any help would be great!

Since most prizes cost six figures, wouldn't you just know from your balance if you'd gotten your points back?

Regarding prize delivery... I haven't had to deal with C.O.D. demands on any P&P prizes I've received, but then I usually find them waiting for me at home -- left on my front porch by UPS, three feet from the sidewalk and in full view of the street. And since my garage is in the back, I often don't know there's even anything out there for hours.

I suppose it beats driving out to the UPS depot (wherever it is), but only because I haven't had anything disappear yet!
