Small brag from my Rexall/WM shopping trip last nite

so last nite i went to get some groceries and xmas gifts from walmart. i was walking the aisles and looking at the dove mens care body wash and face scrub. the tag underneath it said 3.96. i had seen that some of the dove mens hair care was listed at 3.00 in the flyer. so seeing as i was right by a price checker, i scanned it. it came up 4.72!!!!!! more than what was on the shelf. so i took one and so did my friend and we both SCOP'ed it. we got them for FREE!!!! tried to say she would give it to me for the shelf price.....i said nope we get them free!!!! next time i am there i will check them again to see.....lol

then we were at Rexall/pharmaplus cuz they had the small bottles of VIM on for 0.99. i had the coupon for 1.00 off. so i took 14 to the till. ( i did not clear the shelf. i left lots left there.) the lady at the till tried to tell me that i could not buy that many at once. she said that they had a limit of 4....so i asked if i could do separate transactions and she said yes! then when i handed her the coupon, she told me that i could not use the coupon because it was not for that VIM product. i said that wording on the coupon was for ANY vim product. she called another lady over who looked at the coupon for a few minutes, tried to tell me that it was for the product that was shown on the coupon (VIM naturals) and again i said that coupon said ANY VIM product and she then told my cashier to put them through!!!!! YYAAAAYYYYYY!!!!!! for every 4 bottles of VIM i paid 0.48. LOVE GETTING THINGS FOR FREE OR ALMOST FREE!!!!!

AWESOME I will have to check my Rexal this week when I go in as I have 2 of those coupons that are about to expire.... free vim works for me :D

Good job at standing your ground on that.... I am very tempted in my area to put on a workshop for cashiers and store owners even on what the terms mean and to get them up to speed with their own policies...

i got them thru trading. they are tearpad ones. had 22, used 14 and gave 2 away so still have about 6 of them...they are only good until dec 1!
