    I live in BC and wondered if any other fellow-BC'ers know if Save-On-Foods, Safeway or any other stores have "Load to Card" electronic coupons yet? If so - where do I find info on it!?

    If you load your card at the Safeway.com site, the deals *often* but not always appear when you shop at Canadian Safeway.
