Ontario Immunization Record?

I need to get a hold of my immunization records for school but my google-fu seems to be failing me... does anyone know what I call for this? I thought of the Dr.'s office but they wouldn't have a record of shots I had elsewhere. I'm probably just having a blond moment, but can someone help? :flowers:

public heath should have your records on file
