New Physician's Formula mail in rebates

Saw a bunch of Physician's Formula makeup with new mail in rebate stickers on them.

Purchase a specifically marked Physician's Formula product between 12/01/10 and 11/30/11. Print out and mail the completed form from the above website, along with mail in rebate label attached to your product and your original sales receipt with purchase price circled. Rebate must be postmarked by Dec 15, 2011.

"Limit on rebate per household" means you can only send one rebate in all or one rebate per item?

From my past experience, it is one rebate per item (u may participate in each item rebate) unless they have changed the rule this year that i am not aware of.

"Limit on rebate per household" means you can only send one rebate in all or one rebate per item?
