My 1st SCOP (Newbie)

So we ventured to WM this evening, while picking up a few things (cereal, juice, etc.) I noticed the fibreplus cereal (brownsugar) was marked as 2.97 (former introductory price) but the berry fibreplus was marked as 4.97 (true price) and I had 1.50 coupon. I only learned about SCOP from reading around the forum lastnight lol So I proceeded to checkout, handed the cashier my coupons and brought up the pricing issue once the item scanned at 4.97, the cashier immediately voided the cereal and called for someone to check it. It was called back as I had said, cashier then calls the CSM who entered the item as free! The cashier finished the transaction, handed me back the fibrePlus coupon, I paid and walked out analyzing the receipt when I noticed that she never voided the 1.50 coupon she handed back to me with the receipt! Saved 8.47 *baby steps* with my first SCOP.

I'm so glad I read about SCOP lastnight!! Thanks to SC!!

After my 3rd mini shopping trip with coupons I have saved a total of 26.95 including one freebie and now one SCOP. I'm definately getting into this!

Did you go back in about the mistake and get it straightened out? I'm really happy you are here and learned about the SCOP. It has been around for years and I am surprised how many people have never heard of it.
