The one I ordered didn't come either. I just emailed them to see if it was sent out, and they said it hadn't been printed. They are going to send out a new one that I made (since I won't be able to use the Christmas one I made anymore.)
I'm trying to like it, and I'd love to support a Canadian company, but it's nowhere near as easy to use as Shutterfly. Hopefully they'll make some improvements!
