i am confused, is it anything 20z the points or only cosmetics and perfume

is it wrong to be so engrossed in the flyer you can't hear your kids?

I'm not sure if I understand... but I think you're asking that if you bought chocolates today, but next week they are going on sale can you go in and get the difference. If this is your question the answer is no. The only way you could do this is if you go back into the store before the next flyer starts, return the item(s), and then next week repurchase them at the sale price.

The 20x on (almost) everything is Sat only

There is a 20x WUB $100 or more on fragrance/cosmetics is going on from Sun Dec 11-Fri Dec 16
