Shoppers Mega Redemption Day (with video)

Hey everyone we have another video today showing our awesome Mega Redemption Day at Shoppers Drug Mart. Normally 95 000 points will net you $170 when you redeem them on a normal day, but on this bonus day you net $250!

So we set out to make this even more valuable by taking advantage of in store sales and coupons. We managed to bring a $402 bill down to $250 after coupons and sale prices. We then redeemed our points for $250 off! We still needed to pay $10.58 in tax for non grocery items, but thats a very small amount for this great haul! We even got a bottle of Roberto Cavalli perfume that was originally $78, on clearance for $20!

Hi. As I mentioned some weeks back via pm to you privately, I really appreciate your videos and the "how to". Tonigh I watched some more of your videos. And it struck me, you don't do the kooky dances etc that Extreme Couponing does on TLC, and everything you are doing is on the up and up and legit, which makes it 100% valuable info, not to mention being a Canadian makes your videos even more closer to heart.

I love your down to earth, mature attitude when both of you display your video directionals.

Great videos, the only thing I did notice is one of the videos where you bought the listerine whitening and the glade candle value packs - the coupon for the listerine specifically states "one coupon per purchase and per person"; I'll assume 4 of you used a coupon separately since you didn't take video of the checkout process or they were purchased at different times & just lumped together in one video to show the savings

Yup, we did the listerine in 2 seperate trips and Jenelle and I both bought 1 each on both trips to give us those 4! Good guess! haha Happy couponing!

It's really a lot easier to do that - I was only mentioning because people automatically assume that every brag was done in one lump purchase when some of us will lump a bunch of separate purchases into one brag instead

It's unfortunate that sometimes you have to be 'explanatory' when you post a brag, but it is what it is I guess.
