We have not had TV for some time now.
We are always getting flyers in the mail from shaw wanting us to get their service.
I Just wanted to actually know what Is a good price for TV?
We just need something basic but do want a PVR.

A couple years ago I bought a new tv - watched the prices and sales at many stores all year long, and landed up boxing day at Walmart getting a Sony flat screen and it was totally worth it. I'm sure the prices are different now, but boxing day sales for tv's are probably still going to get you your best price. That or Craigslist anytime after Christmas

lol! Now that I read it thinking cable, that makes sense. Sorry - then I probably should not answer your question - I pay way too much for mine I'm sure. I have Shaw - Telus has a good deal going right now I think. Sometimes they sound great until you add on all the channels you want, or land up getting locked into a long term contract.
