Wow. nice. Maybe you should have a catalog of where you items are like they catalog books in the library in alphabetical order. lol :). Or maybe you want to do it in the small store inventory way like catalog in an excel spread sheet ( Excel or access allows you to set up simple formulas to add or subtract your total for you, like when you take an item out, all you have to do is change the take out number and the rest of the sheet will be changed to account that by itself if you have a simple formula in), with info such as where your items are, how many do you have (net total), when was the purchase day, when was the last day you took out an iteam, and how many coupons you have left for the item and their expiration dates? If you do it this way, you will need to map out your storage place.This way, you will for sure know where to find your stuff.
