I have no issue with people signing up for one for dad and mom or whatever but there are those who sign up their cats and dogs etc etc so they get 10 boxes of free samples which is not fair or right IMO.

I think it's only supposed to be one per address for this......so hopefully their site is good enough to weed out anyone who's trying to snag multiples for the same household.

after all the looping, I finally got to select my samples. when I confirmed my address....IT TOOK ME BACK TO THE MAIN PAGE! So I get no confirmation of whether it even actually went thru! is there a contact email to reach samplesource?

If it does go through, you will get a confirmation email in your email box. You have to click on the link within an hour or they don't fill out the order and send your samples.
So.....if you don't get the email, your order didn't go through.

I was able to get one about 45 mins ago, got a confirmation email saying that I have an hour to confirm my order but I haven't been able to confirm yet..keeps saying that the system is still down for maintenance

i contacted them and they replied with that they are working to solve tech issues like we have been having and hope to have the site back up again soon.
