No Go Jays, its not the associates fault. But I never for a second will believe it was an error. Managers arent supposed to treat customers like dirt.

I was treated like a piece of garbage in Zellers today. I had no idea any of this was even going on.

What's the difference between an original and not original coupon? I'm quite confused to be honest with y'all...



The original says it can be combined with a sale item and the new says it can only be used on regular priced items. I wasnt planning on using the coupon on a sale item tonight i saw it on here that it has changed and i saw the notes posted everywhere in Zellers but i still neded baby wipes and a outfit for a baby shower. But when i was in line paying the cashier and manager was explaining to the people in front of me that if the coupon still read it can be used with a sales item they were honoring them.

soooooooo, basically, ignore the last 20 chaotic pages of this thread, and just use the coupon that was originally posted, since they are still honoring it apparently, right? How come some were turned away completely? How come some can still use the coupon on flyer deals? How come some can only use it on regular priced items? I suppose it it different story in EVERY zellers you go to!!! I would say there is no correct answer at this point. You would just have to go to your zellers and see what their response is from management from the looks of things ?

I dont know why some are honoring and why some are not I only know what i was told at the location I shop at. Tonight they were hoinoring them who knows if they still will be in the morning

The problem is, that if you've been in a Zellers lately, practically everything is one sale (at least at mine) - from a few cents to several dollars off. The only things that aren't really are groceries - and mine has such a limited selection. (Nothing fresh - cheese, milk etc). So, unless I'm in the market for some impluse buys at the till or a cheap bag of chips, this coupon is pretty much worthless. I even thought of going for dog food and my dog's brand is 10% off!
