no, you can't print and use them. thats illegal. the void that people put on them is to stop people from doing that. its just an index to show people whats out there and whats been found

Found in a box of Medium sized Milk Bones (regular flavour). They all seem to include a special box where the cashier has to fill out the selling price of the item at time of purchase...
