Here's a Natrel coupon I found at a Thrifty Foods store in the Vancouver area. It's $1 off any carton of Natrel Lactose Free milk or cream, expiring July 31 '12.

I found the new issue of "melt" cheese magazine in a Thrifty Foods store in the Vancouver area today. Inside are four .75 off coupons for Castello, Tre Stelle, Apetina Feta and Dofino Havarti, all expiring Dec.31 '12. The previous fall/winter issue had similar coupons but not the Dofino Havarti. I expect to see more of these issues in the deli area of other stores like IGA, Buy Low and Price Smart.

I went on a coupon hunt yesterday to SOF and every single coupon *poof* has disappeared! Just bare! So sad. Will try again next week, maybe they've yet to come!

I'm sure the Smartsource reps that put out the coupons all have their own methods for getting the job done. Maybe some take out the old AND put in the new the same day. Some might go around and remove all the old and then go around again later to put the new ones up. The key is to take note of how they do it at the store that you frequent. My guess is that you might see the same thing exactly four weeks later if the rep is consistent.

Of all the Safeway, Save On and SDM stores I frequent, I'd say the reps are about 70-80% consistent with putting the new Smartsource coupons out on about the same day every four weeks. Mark on your calendar if you found them or not. After a few months you might see a pattern.

I tell ya, for us stackers these Dove coupons are like the gift that just keeps on giving and giving. And for those who can't stack coupons, remember that your coupons with different codes can be valuable for trading!

Here's a coupon I found today on a free standing rack of the product in an IGA store in Vancouver. It is .50 off La Tortilla Factory tortillas or wraps, expiring June 30 '13.

A few days ago I noticed a new looking and fully loaded end of aisle display in a SDM with these Gaviscon/TUMS coupon booklets (see pic below). When I looked at them they were expired March 31 '12. Then I saw these same displays with these same expired booklets at three more SDM stores.

So, just a heads up if you spot these. Double check the expiries on them. It would be nice if there were some new versions out there. Here are some links showing two different coded versions of those now expired coupons:
