The web site works, and click on "Sample Offer", fill the form. 4 weeks wait.

The only think is that seems to be only for USA and the other thing kind of strange was that I enter all my information, but in the State section I left the "Please Chose One" also I wrote my postal code instead of a Zip code, and still took the form with no issues???????

Yeah, I understand now what the issue is. First, you go to the web site www.jerzees.com, you are going to see this kids modeling shirts. Second, click on the arrows on the sidelines of this images until you see a Black T-shirt with a glowing light bulb. Third, click that image and is going to take you to the page where at the top you can read "Sample Offer", then I think you know the rest.

I am going to put the link up again, if it does not take you straight there try my instructions above, good luck!

Add on: They are the same people that makes Fruit of the Loom, T-shirts, underwear, etc. or the opposite, F.of the L. makes Jerzees, not sure though!
