zellers ranks 1st. no wonder
The cashiers at our Amherst store, are awesome, most coupon so they know what's what But I can't say the same for the management........ But Zellers chg their policy, faster than any store I know

I have to agree tath Zerllers has the worst customer service.....I had had enough bad experiences that I refuse to shop there any more....I take my flyer and PM or go without
