Limit one (1) mail-in entry per household address and one (1) entry per email address per 24-hour period will be accepted during the Contest Period. Each mail-in entry must be sent in a separate outer envelope bearing sufficient postage.


4. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won, which consists of a cat condo, built by an HGTV recommended builder. Winner will not have the opportunity to select or alter design or specifications. .

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is CDN$3,000.

RANDOM DRAWS AND ODDS: The random draw for the Grand Prize from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be held in Toronto, Ontario on or about February 25, 2008. The random draw will be carried out by AAB.
